Event Waiver & Release of Liability In signing up for this event, I represent that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in the outdoor event I have chosen to attend, and I agree to follow rules and directives provided to me by its organizers and event leaders. I understand that during my participation in the Kissimmee Prairie Wildflower Walk (Event) I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen or unforeseen, which are inherent in the Event and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the outdoor Event. In consideration of Friends of Kissimmee Prairie Preserve Inc sponsoring this event and permitting my participation, I agree to hold harmless the Friends of Kissimmee Prairie Preserve Inc, its officers, directors, agents and assigns, from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind which may be incurred by reason of my participation in this event. I understand that there may be photos and/or video taken during the event, for promotional use only to be used in but not limited to websites, publications, media and/or publicity outlets.
